These Terms of Service apply to purchases and services provided by NexGen 3D Prints, operated under Spectrum Innovations. By placing an order through our store, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
1. Our Products and Services
NexGen 3D Prints sells physical 3D-printed products and provides custom 3D-printing services.
Products available through our store may include designs created by third-party designers and produced by us under appropriate commercial licences. Where applicable, designer attribution may be provided on the relevant product page.
2. Custom 3D Printing
Customers may provide STL, 3MF or other supported files for us to manufacture.
We may review a submitted model before accepting a custom-print job. We reserve the right to decline files that are unsuitable for our equipment, cannot reasonably be manufactured, present safety concerns, or that we reasonably believe we are not permitted to reproduce.
A quotation may depend on factors including material usage, printing time, size, complexity, finishing requirements and delivery.
3. Customer-Supplied Files and Intellectual Property
When supplying a file for custom printing, you confirm that you own the necessary rights to the design or otherwise have permission to have the item reproduced.
Supplying a file to NexGen 3D Prints does not transfer ownership of that file to us. You grant us only the permission reasonably necessary to manufacture your requested order.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where we reasonably believe manufacturing the supplied design could infringe another person's intellectual-property rights or otherwise be unlawful.
4. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics
Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes. Finished items may therefore contain characteristics such as visible layer lines, seams, support marks, minor colour variations or other small surface variations.
These characteristics are inherent to many 3D-printing processes and do not necessarily indicate that a product is faulty.
Product photographs are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible, but colours and appearance may vary due to filament batches, manufacturing differences, lighting and display settings.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
The total price payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment must be successfully authorised using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if there is a genuine problem with an order, such as an unavailable material, pricing error, unsuitable custom file or an item we cannot legally or safely manufacture.
If we cannot fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.
7. Production Times
Many NexGen products are manufactured to order. Production time is therefore separate from delivery time.
Estimated production or dispatch times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays affecting their orders.
8. Delivery
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be performed by a third-party postal or courier service.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product purchased.
Certain goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right provided by UK consumer legislation.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to your legal rights.

10. Product Safety
Customers should follow any age recommendations, warnings and safety information provided with or displayed for a product.
3D-printed items should not be placed in the mouth or used for purposes for which they were not designed. Products should be inspected periodically and should no longer be used if they become damaged in a way that could create sharp edges, loose components or another safety risk.
Specific safety information displayed on an individual product page takes precedence where appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, NexGen 3D Prints is not responsible for losses caused by using a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, unauthorised modification of a product, or incorrect information or files supplied by the customer.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Payment information may also be processed by the payment providers available through Shopify checkout.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our services, store or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights concerning where a consumer may bring proceedings.
