Refund & Returns Policy
At NexGen 3D Prints, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Standard Products
For eligible products purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
After notifying us of a cancellation, eligible goods must normally be returned within 14 days. Products should be returned in their original condition and customers may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are otherwise legally responsible for the return costs.
Custom & Personalised 3D Prints
Products made specifically to a customer's requirements or personalised for that customer may not qualify for the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your rights if a custom product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
Where required under UK consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
3D-Printed Products
Due to the manufacturing process, 3D-printed products can have small layer lines, seams or minor surface variations. These are normal characteristics of FDM 3D printing and are not necessarily defects.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after we issue the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancelling Before Production
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production of a custom or personalised item has not begun, we will try to accommodate the cancellation where possible.
